Homemade Spring Rolls

Yesterday, J***** made some spring rolls for us.

Freshly deep-fried spring rolls

It was really yummy. The skin was crispy, and the filling moist. It had shredded carrots, jicama, and is tastily flavoured with minced dried prawns.


It was indeed time consuming to make spring rolls. She said it took her the whole afternoon wrap up the rolls. So, thanks a lot, J*****!!

Red bean soup

Spring rolls and a bowl of red bean soup to wash it down. Yum.
