But I had no idea how to cook the chicken. So I dumped it in my pot with some ginger, wolfberries, wine and water and let it boil away for an hour over small fire. Easy peasy.

When I Do Not Know What To Cook ...
I was at the wet market at 6.00 a.m. I was early and there wasn't a crowd, and I walked up and down and up and down, not really knowing what to buy. Finally, I bought a small thigh of fresh chicken from for RM4.40, and some fresh vegetables too.
But I had no idea how to cook the chicken. So I dumped it in my pot with some ginger, wolfberries, wine and water and let it boil away for an hour over small fire. Easy peasy.
An hour later, I served my soup with wheat vermicelli and a hard-boiled egg. There I had an easy, home-cooked lunch.
But I had no idea how to cook the chicken. So I dumped it in my pot with some ginger, wolfberries, wine and water and let it boil away for an hour over small fire. Easy peasy.
