Yong Le Coffee Shop : Fried Noodles

There is a stall at Yong Le Coffee Shop that cooks delicious fried noodles. Today, I ordered Fried Zhao Cai Bee Hoon 糟菜粉干炒.

The Zhao Cai Bee Hoon is really full of flavour. It is smoky, savoury and sour at the same time. Thick bee hoon 粉干 is used for this dish. The fresh vegetables and the zhao cai 糟菜 bring a crunchy texture to the dish. The uncle who fries the noodles is very generous with the ingredients, as they are pork strips, fresh prawns, and fish cakes in the noodles. Uncle also cracks an egg into the noodles, and the combination of all the ingredients make this dish really divine.

The Fried Bee Hoon has the same smoky and savoury flavour, minus the Zhao Cai. It is equally as delicious as the Zhao Cai Bee Hoon.
