Easy Porridge

I don't know whether it's just me, but I think spinach really goes well with porridge. Today is such a cold and cloudy day, and I thought porridge would be great for lunch.

Easy porridge with minced pork, egg & spinach

So, off I went to the grocer's nearby to buy minced pork and some spinach. It was a quick and easy cook. All I had to do was to boil some porridge, then add minced pork, an egg and a handful of spinach. Before serving, I seasoned the porridge with some chopped dong cai (冬菜), fish sauce, sesame oil and lots of pepper.
