Steamed Cheesecake

They were marketed as steamed cheese cake.

3 pieces for RM6.50

Back home, I quartered them ... 


And found the texture to be very soft, crumbly and yet it melted in the mouth in a rich taste of cheese. It was not too sweet and was very yum. I enjoyed these cakes lots from Sun Moulin Bakery.
