Toasted Otah Sandwich
I love the Toasted Otah Sandwich which I made myself.
What went in there between the 2 slices of wheat germ bread was butter spread, cucumber slices, otah, mayonnaise and cheese ... and then I chucked them into the oven to toast till browned. Serve hot. Even Mom who did not really like the Otah enjoyed my toast! Recommended to enjoy with a cup of hot coffee.
