Back home, we toasted it in the oven to warm it up ... and it made an acceptable late night snack. The variety of ingredients - mainly vegetables - made the pancake rather crunchy. I liked the sweet brown okonomiyaki sauce that coated the pancake, the smoky flavour of the bonito flakes, the liberal amount of rich mayonaise on top.
