Eggy Bread

I made some French toasts or eggy bread for breakfast ...

The bread I soaked with a mixture of egg, fresh milk and sugar .... and then pan-fried in butter.

Eggy bread ... 

Hmn .... but I think they weren't sweet enough. Next time I'd either have to add more sugar in the egg or dust the bread with more icing sugar before serving.

  1. Hmnn....looking at it makes me salivate, you should try the salt version that is adding salt (to taste) instead of sugar for a change.

  3. Yes the salted french toast goes well with slice cheese, might want to ease back on the milk though :)
