Steamed Pisang Tanduk
Pisang Tanduk is a large plantain banana, which has to be cooked before it can be consumed. When deep-fried or steamed, the flesh becomes soft and mushy, sweet and tangy.
At home, we normally have it steamed. It's easy and fast to cook, and healthy too. Try it, it's absolutely yum.
