Simple fried rice
My favourite kind of fried rice has the simplest ingredients of egg and finely diced char siew, shallots and lots of spring onions. Seasoning was merely fish sauce and pepper. Yums. :))

Favourite Fried Rice
It's homecooked fried rice tonight! Haven't fired up the stove since Mom and Dad went away ..
