Coloured Rolls

Sometimes, I like to experiment. So yesterday, when Mom made meat rolls, I asked for some meat paste to make my own coloured rolls.

I thought they looked pretty

I layered beancurd skin and roasted nori with the meat paste and rolled it with some carrots and spring onions. Then I deep-fried them in hot oil. When sliced, they looked quite pretty. ;) Not bad for a first timer, eh?
