Soy Braised Duck & Pork

Mom had bought the duck and a strip of pork belly before CNY but did not have time to cook them ... till today.

The smell that permeated the house while this was cooking was heavenly. I took no part in the cooking ... as I was busy preparing to go out with my friends .... but I breathed in the wonderful aroma .... and imagined how I would enjoy dinner that night. ;p

True enough, the meats were fully infused with soy sauce and spices, was very aromatic and tender. Yums.
