Old Style Kueh Tiaw (古法炒果条), RM8.00
The kueh tiaw was supposed to be cooked with seafood, but S opted for chicken in place of seafood; it did not look fancy, but it tasted good. The noodles had a smoky flavour, and the gravy was good. S finished everything on the plate, which wasn't the norm for her.
Hokkien Noodles (福建面), RM7.00
I had this dish. The noodles are made by the restaurant themselves, and stir-frid in mushrooms and chicken and cabbage. Not bad, but not quite the KL-style Hokkien noodles.
