Dinner @ Little Chef

I totally enjoyed the dinner here at Little Chef, Boulevard Commercial Centre. The food was delicious. And the service was really fast.


Foochow Creamy Beancurd Soup, RM6.00
The soup had the fragrance of red rice wine. It was smooth, and not too starchy. Ingredients in the soup were basically minced pork, fine pieces of Shiitake mushrooms, smooth soft tofu and egg. It was delicious.

 Bittergourd omelette, RM6.00
This eggs looked a bit burnt. It tasted alright though. The thin bittergourd slices were embedded in the omelette.

Vietnam Golden Chicken, RM15.00
This had got to be the star of the meal. It was really very shiok!! The gravy was a complicated concoction of aromatics, lemon grass, chillies and lime. It was  savoury, sweet, tangy and spicy, and it coated the bite-sized chicken pieces really thoroughly. Highly recommended. 

And wash the food all down with .....


a hot lemon drink .... 

I love the food at this place! Prices are so reasonable. Will be back for sure!!
