A Celebration Of Love

Which girl doesn't dream of her own wedding? How would she feel in her white gown? What would go through her ahead as she prepare to walk down the aisle? When she repeats her vows, would she mean every single word of it? Well, only the bride herself knows.

Cutesy teddies on the wedding car

Well, I was at a church wedding this morning. Heh. But not mine. It was my friends' wedding - I knew both the bride and the groom.

Pretty decorations

The ceremony, which bound the couple to eternity, was quite simple. Taking a vow before the Almighty was meaningful, though. The couple then exchanged wedding rings, and the pronounced man and wife. I liked the candle lighting ceremony, the symbolic joining of two single people into a marriage.

Wedding rings

After the wedding ceremony, there was a lunch reception. What's a wedding without food? Heh. The food was catered from Deli Papa, Lutong.

Beef Masak Kicap

Chicken Curry

Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet

Mixed Vegetables

The beef was quite tender, and you can taste the distinct flavour of lemongrass in it. The fish was slightly sweet. The chicken curry and vegetables were ok. Nothing to shout about. There was fried noodles and steamed white rice to go with the dishes.

Anyway, congratulations, you both!!
