Well, at noon today, the glass case in front of the stall was filled with meats. There were golden brown duck and chicken still dripping with juices, crunchy-looking roasted pork belly, and glistening red char siew and pork ribs.
So how could people resist? Customers were ordering away - some eating in and some taking away, and the vendor could not stop weighing and chopping meats.

Well, I had actually eaten here before. Honestly, I did not find the roasted meats particularly delicious. Nor were they sophisticated in terms of texture and taste. But if one was looking for simple flavours to savour, then this stall may be just the place for you to indulge in roasted meats.

The roasted pork skin was rather crispy and the meat was not too salty. The char siew too was tender and not too sweet. Well, for me, the taste of the pork was very strong - a no-no for those who do not like pork. The roasted chicken was quite alright, with crispy and nicely flavoured skin and tender meat. Only that the chicken wing was quite dry.
Anyway, for those who wish to enjoy the natural sweetness and flavours of meats, this may just be the place to eat.
