It was difficult (or near impossible) to get this noodles here in Miri, so one of the things I thought I would source for in KL was this. MyKuali's Penang White Curry Noodles.
Well, one fine day, while I was strolling at Pavillion, I found the noodles at its supermarket, Mercato. They were selling at RM7.50 per pack of 4. I bought it. Happily. And back home, I told Mom I'd cook the noodles for breakfast the next day.
Sil saw it, and exclaimed, "I WANT TO EAT THIS! NOW!" Lols. Glad that Sil was as excited as I was. I told her to anticipate it for breakfast .... lol ... since Mom had cooked dinner for the evening.

The next morning, I bought some ingredients from the market to go with my noodles. I bought some long beans and chillies and tofu pockets /////
Only then I started cooking. It wasn't difficult. I merely blanched the noodles and then added in the seasoning sachet. What made this different was the use of creamer in the soup base .... making the gravy thick and rich.
And here is my bowl .....
Yummy ....
I had tofu pockets, surimi sticks, prawn balls, blanched long beans, egg and prawns on my noodles. Really, the portion was huge, and I could not finish it at all.
All of us thought the noodles were quite delicious .... and sent me out to buy them more! No wonder people were raving about this online!
