Feng Cui Bing 风脆饼

They are marketed as Matang Mooncake, but actually, they are made at Jalan Mendu, Kuching. These biscuits are made fresh daily and are very delicious.

The pastry is thin and flaky. The filling, on the other hand, is fragrant, soft and chewy, and not too sweet. My family members would even bring these biscuits for friends and family members overseas! Highly recommended if you like Feng Cui Bing like me!

  3. Hello. Hmn ... let me attempt to describe the location. Turn into Jalan Manggis from Jalan Mendu. Jalan Manggis is a tiny road off Jalan Mendu. It is near the shophouses .... where Borneo Station, Guardian Pharmacy, Hai Tian Lou is. Just go straight along Jalan Manggis, you will pass Hai Tian Lou on your right. Then you will reach a forked road. The left road goes to Jalan Chong Kiun Kong 3, while the road straight ahead leads to a row of houses. I bought my Feng Cui Bing at one of those houses. They actually make it in the house. Now, I can't remember which house exactly, perhaps there is a sign or if you ask someone there, they would know. Sorry, if I can't be too precise in the location.
