Kolo Mee @ Sing Hock Hin

Easter Sunday service at church started early at 7.00 a.m., so we were finished by 9.30 a.m. We headed to Sing Hock Hin (新福興) at Jalan Padungan, just opposite Asia Clinic, for Kuching's favourite noodles.

By the time we got there, however, the stall had run out of fresh ingredients for their pork and offal soup. Only regular kolo mee was available ..... and well, for the record, it's my first time trying the kolo mee here .....

Kolo mee, RM2,90

The noodles were sitting in a clear broth, so I gave it a good toss before tucking in. They were springy, and while they tasted aromatic, they were slightly bland. The amount of meats were reasonable though. Not really the best kolo mee ..... but it was not bad.
