Abundant Bananas

There is a banana tree at home .... and it bore us a huge bunch. We gave away some .... but there was still a lot. Then, from my uncle's orchard, came MORE banana fruits .... gosh. The point was, we got too many bananas at home and too few people to eat them!

And thus, we had to choice but to think of ways to use them. Mom made them into ...

But I preferred it when she coated them with thin layers of batter and pan-fried them.

Well, pan-frying used less oil than deep-frying, but the result was no less fantastic!!! Crispy and crunchy on the outside (especially the burnt bits with a slight smoky flavour!) and soft, sweet and satisfying on the inside. Had them to fill! Yums.
